Class 5 visit to Ragged School

Class 5 recently visited the Ragged School museum to experience what life was like in Victorian times.

The children experienced what it was like to be taught by a Victorian teacher, how Victorians did their washing, how they ironed their clothes and how they had a bath without having taps in their house! The children were also told to only write with their right hand, with their left hands behind their backs, as children had to in the Victorian times. The trip was a great bonding experience for Class 5 who were very grateful to return to Cameron House!
